My Awesome Mother-in-law

Tonight we went to Kent and Johnice's to celebrate Johnice's birthday. Have I mentioned how much we adore this lady? She is amazing! We are so grateful to have her in our lives, and for her amazing example to us all.



After eating some pizza for dinner, we watched her open the cards she had received in the mail all week. She waits until her birthday to open them all.



Then she opened gifts.



Then it was time for some cookie cake.



Don't you love how Kent did the candles?



She enjoyed John singing "Happy Birthday". He loves singing "Happy Birthday", and really gets into it.



Then he wanted to help blow out the candles too.



Opps! Looks like he may have added a little extra "sugar" to the cookie cake. :/
